1. Items You Can’t Return
For safety and quality purposes, we’re unable to accept returns of any items that have been used or are not in their original condition. All returned products must be in their new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
If any returned item is found to be used or opened, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Damaged or Faulty Products
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged or faulty item. If this happens, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please contact us via email at info@imprintsigns.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Once we’ve verified the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, whichever works best for you.

3. Received the Wrong Item?

4. How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as simple as possible. Here’s what to do:

- We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide you with a return authorisation number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice and return authorisation number.

Please note: Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Fast Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please get in touch with us, and we’ll investigate this for you. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
If the returned item is found to be used, we will inform you, and the item will be posted back to you at your expense.
6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
If you’ve ordered a customised or made-to-order product, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s an issue with the item, such as damage or a defect. In this case, follow the process outlined above for faulty items, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For non-faulty items, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. However, if you’re returning an item due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Just let us know, and we’ll provide the details for the return process.
